  • Zen Yoga Flow session ( gentle, easy options offered)

  • Guided meditation session

  • Tea Break

  • Talk on women’s health ( topics vary )

  • Guided clothed Massage ( in pairs )

  • Lunch ( bring something for our vegetarian shared lunch )

  • Reflection / Introspection / Setting intention

  • Yoga Nidra

  • Creative session

  • Guided relaxation and Gong sound bath

  • Checking out

This retreat is suitable for women in their early 40’s to early 50’s who wish to find natural ways to better prepare or cope with peri-menopause and post menopause. Even if you have no obvious signs of changes in your cycle and all that brings then this is a great way to get wise before the event! All abilities welcome. Just bring an open heart and a willingness to take time to nurture yourself. More general women’s wellbeing urban retreats are also offered so please register your interest for our mailing list.
